Biography:
Born and raised in San Juan, PR, I moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2008 looking for something new. Work, friends and a whole Community of people that want to do more, help to create a healthy and safe environment for all to be who you want be was just the beginning of what I found here.
When Did You Discover Your Calling?:
I met the Sisters in Orlando and they talk to us about the Community and their mission.
My husband Sr Margarita del Encanto wanted to join right away and a few months later we heard that a new house was being form in Jacksonville. Talking to the Sisters from Jacksonville I realize there’s so much I can get and give that decide to be part myself of the House.
Religious Belief:
I was raised Catholic and went to an all boys Marianist School. I served with the Catechists, the Youth Group and the Choir for my church for many years. After encountering “hate” because my sexual preference I walk apart. I have my God to my side and He’s the one and only that will judge.
